Here are a few of the most frequent questions we're asked

Does OwlEye offer lawn care service?
No, we are not a lawn care service provider. We specialize in residential landscaping projects.
How far in advance are you booked out?
This typically depends on the time of year as the spring can be exceptionally busy. However we are usually booked 2 - 3 weeks out for the majority of our projects.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit and credit card payments (3% fee) as well as checks and cash. When customers choose to pay in cash we offer an additional discount.

What portion of the payment is due upfront?
If the total project value exceeds $1,500 we collect a 10% booking deposit which is credited to your outstanding balance. Upon the start of the project we collect 50% of the remaining balance and the final payment once complete.
Do you offer any discounts?
We typically don't offer promotions frequently however we do have certain discounts during select times of the year. We do offer a veteran discount 365 days a year!
Where are the materials purchased?
We purchase materials from a variety of local suppliers including World Outdoor Emporium, Chesterfield Valley Nursery, Big Creek Quarry, Joe's Market Basket, and a few others on occasion.
